Teachers' Training

Teachers’ Training is the golden thread that keeps a school’s teaching tapestry strong, current and coherent. While syllabi may remain printed on paper, classrooms are living spaces, shaped by changing learner profiles, evolving assessment patterns and the steady demand for deeper understanding. In such a landscape, training becomes not merely important but essential, a professional renewal that helps teachers sharpen their pedagogy, strengthen their academic alignment and teach with greater purpose, precision and confidence.

With this spirit of continual upskilling, the academic staff have actively participated in a wide spectrum of online and offline trainings through MOOCs on Swayam by CIET- NCERT and other credible platforms, deepening their understanding of learner-centred pedagogy, competency-based practices, inclusive education, assessment for learning and meaningful classroom engagement. A notable milestone in this journey was the Refresher Training: “Pratibadhhata” at the Centre of Training, IITE, Gandhinagar (Gujarat), which has offered to a few academic staff a structured professional immersion, sharpening instructional clarity, strengthening planning and reinforcing the values of reflective and responsible teaching.

Equally enriching has been the steady rhythm of in-house trainings conducted through monthly training conferences, where teachers were entrusted with varied topics to explore, present and share. These sessions nurtured a culture of professional dialogue, best-practice exchange and practical problem-solving.

The outcome is visible and valuable: improved lesson design, stronger questioning, sharper feedback, better classroom management and a renewed sense of professional confidence. Above all, the trainings attended by academic staff refined their craft ensuring that learning in every classroom is not merely delivered, but thoughtfully built, steadily improved and meaningfully sustained.
