ASHOKA – II HOUSE

HOUSE MOTTO: Triumphant & Benevolent

Bathed in the spirit of triumph tempered with benevolence, Ashoka–II house journeyed through the academic session 2025-26 with dignity, discipline and collective brilliance. Guided by its noble motto, “Triumphant and Benevolent,” the house emerged as a vibrant center of resilience, unity and excellence where cadets transformed aspirations into achievements through determination, perseverance and teamwork.

The house displayed commendable distinction in academics and literary pursuits throughout the session. Cadet Shivam Bisht (6718), Cadet Riyanshu Sheela (6793), Cadet Raghav Juyal (6748) and Cadet Garv Vishnoi (6704) distinguished themselves through remarkable scholastic dedication and intellectual capability. In literary competitions, cadets of the house displayed commendable eloquence and confidence in expression. Cadet Shivam Bisht (6718) brought immense honour by securing the third position in the Inter-House Poem Recitation Competition, reflecting the house’s emphasis on effective communication and literary excellence.

Ashoka–II house also displayed remarkable prowess in sports and athletics throughout the session. During the Inter-House Athletics Meet held from 12 to 14 October, 2025, the house secured the second position in the Sub-Junior Boys’ Category. A moment of immense pride came when Cadet Nitin Kumar (6604) was adjudged the ‘Best Athlete’ in the junior category. He further enhanced the prestige of the house through commendable performances in the Boxing Championship, displaying extraordinary physical fitness and competitive spirit.

The house also excelled in the Inter-House Cross Country Competition, where cadets demonstrated remarkable stamina, discipline and perseverance. On the occasion of National Science Day celebrated on 28 February, 2026, Cadet Rohit Chaudhary (6646) and Cadet Aditya Roj (6688) represented the house enthusiastically in the Inter-House Model Making Competition, reflecting creativity, innovation and scientific curiosity.

A Talent Hunt conducted on 6 September, 2025 provided an opportunity for the new entrants of the house to display their talents in dance, music and dramatics. Cadet Shivam Bisht (6718) emerged as a remarkable anchor whose confidence and eloquence left a lasting impression on the audience.

The House Social emerged as a vibrant celebration of culture, unity and fellowship, strengthening bonds among cadets and staff members alike. The memorable House Picnic to Hamirgarh Eco Park provided cadets with moments of joy, rejuvenation and camaraderie amidst nature.
Through discipline, perseverance and collective determination, Ashoka–II House continued to march ahead with honour, dignity and excellence.
