HOUSE REPORT AND ACHIEVEMENTS (SESSION 2023-24)

Steeped in the glorious legacy of Maharana Kumbha, the illustrious ruler of Mewar renowned for his wisdom, courage and patronage of art and learning, Kumbha House continued to flourish as a bastion of discipline, unity and excellence during the academic session 2025-26. The house nurtured cadets who embodied perseverance, leadership, and determination, inspiring them to excel in academics, sports and co-curricular pursuits while upholding the honour and dignity of the institution.

Academic excellence formed the backbone of Kumbha House throughout the session. Cadet Sachin, Cadet Rohit and Cadet Rahul brought immense honour to the house by successfully clearing the prestigious NDA Written Examination, reflecting disciplined preparation and intellectual brilliance. Former School Captain Cadet Mohit further elevated the glory of the House by earning recommendation in the Services Selection Board interview, exemplifying exceptional leadership qualities and determination. The house also fostered a culture of peer learning, mentorship and scholastic growth, encouraging cadets to participate actively in literary and intellectual competitions.

Kumbha House displayed extraordinary brilliance in sports and co-curricular activities. In Basketball, Cadet Narendra Jaat (6047) was adjudged the Best Player for his exceptional performance and leadership on the court. During the Athletics Championship, Cadet Yuvraj (6168), Cadet Abhimanu Thalor (6160), Cadet Rakesh Salvi (6382), Cadet Lakshya (6237), Cadet Daksh (6181), Cadet Himanshu (6246), Cadet Bhavishya (6259), and Cadet Sachin (5962) secured multiple medals across track and field events, bringing immense pride to the house. In the Inter-House Painting Competition, Cadet Arush (6402) secured the first position through his creative and thought-provoking art work.

The house also brought laurels to the institution through distinguished representation at prestigious competitions beyond the school. Cadet Kartikey (6467), Cadet Nayan (6471), Cadet Daksh (6372) and Cadet Mayank Mali (6344) represented the school in the IPSC Football Championship while Cadet Aman Kumar (6419) and Cadet Yuvraj Yadav (6136) qualified for the Pre-State Level in Shooting. Cadet Mohit (6367), Cadet Harshit (6430) and Cadet Ronak (6423) represented the institution in the prestigious Nehru Cup Hockey Tournament, showcasing commendable skill, teamwork and sportsmanship.

The vibrant House Social emerged as a memorable celebration of culture, creativity and fellowship. Cultural performances including songs, dances and a Hindi skit on “Pahalgam Operation Sindhoor” captivated the audience. The memorable excursion to Sukh Anand Mahadev further strengthened camaraderie and offered cadets moments of peace and rejuvenation amidst nature. The Mandir Parade nurtured discipline, devotion, humility and spiritual harmony among the cadets.

Through perseverance, discipline and collective determination, Kumbha House continued to uphold its glorious legacy and march ahead towards greater heights of excellence.
