A lecture on POCSO act was conducted at SM Auditorium to raise awareness among all cadets and emphasise the importance of safeguarding children, including vigilance in preventing and reporting any instance of child sexual abuse.

An exhibition was held at the Astronomy club to showcase the remarkable achievements of ISRO & CHANDRAYAAN mission. The exhibition aimed to educate cadets about India’s contribution to space exploration and inspire the next generation.

As part of EBSB, an IH folk dance competition unfolded with vigor and diversity. Each house showcased their unique flair, but it was Padmini House whose rendition of Assamese culture truly captivated the audience, exemplifying the spirit of camaraderie and excellence.

The school welcomed a fresh wave of energy with the arrival of new cadets of Class VI and Class IX . An orientation capsule was organized for parents to explore the school, setting a tone of enthusiasm and support for the new comer’s.

A fire safety demo was conducted for the cadets in coordination with Municipal Corporation of Chittorgarh to create awareness amongst the cadets wrt fire safety drills.

The girl cadets shook the ring at the inter-house boxing tournament, demonstrating girl power. Their drive and josh illuminated the arena, demonstrating that strength knows no gender.

Cadets from Class IX and X engaged in an exhilarating verbal battle at the “Race for Space” English Debate Competition. The event, held at the General Dalbir Singh Suhag NDA hall, was part of a series of activities commemorating the successful launch of Chandrayaan-3.

A moment of pride and responsibility at Sainik School Chittorgarh’s investiture ceremony, when worthy cadets were given leadership responsibilities that reflected the school’s ideal of discipline and achievement. The event demonstrates the school’s commitment to nourish future leaders.

The Inter-House Boxing Championship started today promoting friendship and healthy rivalry amongst the houses. The competition not only encourages physical health but also instills virtues like sportsmanship and dedication.

Sainik School Chittorgarh made a remarkable mark in the Inter School Football Championship held at SS Rewa by securing first place in U 17 cat and runners up in U 15 cat. Cadet Sumit (6210) was adjudged best Goalkeeper & Cadet Daksh (6181) as Best Player.

A pencil art competition themed around “Pragyan” was held as part of Chandrayaan-3 success celebrations. Cadets unleashed their artistic talents and sketched intricate illustrations, capturing the essence of Pragyan’s significance in space exploration.

The brilliance of its cadets in the Maths, Science and English Olympiads was recognized during the morning assembly. Amongst them, Gaurav Gahlot of Class 7 shone brightly, clinching the top spot in the International Maths Olympiad.

An Inter House declamation competition was held for students in the ninth grade under “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.” Cadets demonstrated their oratory talents by digging into the essence of Assamese culture, its legacy, and contributions to India’s unique fabric.

Cadets of class VII and VIII participated in an inter-house extempore speech competition centered around the theme “Space.”  Cadets showcased their creativity and expertise in illustrating the awe-inspiring beauty and significance of space exploration.

As part of the SSC football team’s preparation for the upcoming IPSC championship a friendly football match was conducted between District Football Club (DFC, Chittorgarh) and SSC Under -17 Boys at Sainik School Chittorgarh.The closely contested match ended with a score of 1-1

An inter-house Hindi essay writing competition on the topic of “Shiv Shakti”, which was the landing site of Chandrayaan3,was held for cadets of class VII and VIII.The program not only instilled linguistic skills but also encouraged the spirit of Chandrayaan3 success celebrations.

Cadets of Class X went on an educational tour to Nasirabad military station. They gained firsthand experience of the armed forces’ operational prowess. By bridging the gap between cadets’ dreams and reality, the school’s endeavours are vital in cultivating their aim for NDA.

Cadets and staff participated in weekly yoga session which promotes both physical and mental health. Practicing yoga encourages cadets to be disciplined, focused, and stress-free, all of which are necessary attributes for future challenges.

Brigadier Harshvardhan Singh (Retd), a former IO and OBA, gave a riveting motivational talk cum  orientation speech on how to start preparing for SSB. He gave the cadets priceless advice and insights based on his extensive experience, giving cadets inspiration for a purpose.

The commencement of the 2024-25 session at SSC heralds a new chapter of excellence and growth as young minds prepare to embrace challenges & opportunities ahead.SSC stands poised to nurture the next generation of achievers,instilling values of discipline,leadership and integrity.

Class IX cadets went on an educational trip to Bassi Wildlife Sanctuary, where they learned about wildlife conservation while admiring the sanctuary’s natural beauty. This transformative event boosted their academic journey by providing insights into ecosystem and biodiversity.

Educators, parents and cadets of class IX and XI interacted during the PTM on successful competition of academic session. An exhibition was also organized, showcasing the talent of cadets.

Cadets of class XI set out on an informative excursion to Bassi Wildlife Sanctuary. Abundant in the abundance of nature, they studied wildlife conservation while taking in a wide variety of flora and fauna.

Students from PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Pratapgarh, visited SSC for an educational excursion. They explored various campus facilities, gaining valuable insights into our amenities and infrastructure.

Cadets of class IX from Rajasthan and Bihar delivered speeches about the Indian Space Programme in their native languages as part of the celebration of India’s diversity. They succinctly highlighted the country’s space accomplishments and their significance for advancement.

The Indian space programme was the focus of Hindi declamation competition, which hailed the accomplishments of Chandrayaan-3. Speeches celebrating India’s space accomplishments were impassioned, with speakers praising recent historical moments like Chandrayaan and Mars mission.

Sainik School Chittorgarh celebrated Holi with vibrant colour display amidst cultural harmony and customary ceremonies. This yearly celebration promoted happiness and unity among staff members and kids in addition to honouring the cultural significance of Holi. #HappyHoli

PTM for classes VI to VIII promoted candid conversations about the development and general growth of the cadets.The interaction epitomized the school’s commitment to collaborative engagement between parents and authorities, ensuring the holistic growth of the students.

Today was a significant milestone with the traditional Griha Pravesh ritual marking the opening of the Padmini Girls Hostel. The purpose of the auspicious occasion and havan that followed was to provide the girl cadets with a new and sacred entry to their house. #girlcadets

The lemon garden and school garden received meticulous care with active participation of cadets and staff ensuring that they are immaculately maintained. Their dedication reflects a commitment to nurturing not only plants but also a sense of pride and community spirit.

Cadets of class VII recently visited the Chanderia Lead and Zinc Smelter, a division of Hindustan Zinc Ltd,the nation’s second-largest smelter and is also the world’s second largest single location integrated Zinc smelting complex with Zinc production capacity of 558,000 tonne.

Farewell for class 12th (2017–2024 batch) was graced by Shri Bharat Bhusan Vyas, a beloved alumni & former Chief Secretary of Jammu Kashmir. As cadets said goodbye to their beloved institution, emotions ran high as they were woven through an artwork of priceless memories.  

Swimming pool (rennovated) was inaugurated by Shri BB Vyas , a distinguished alumni of the school.The inaugural splash echoed through the air, a new era of aquatic pursuits, camaraderie and nurture well-rounded individuals for the challenges of tomorrow.

New girls hostel “Padmini” was inaugurated by Shri B B Vyas (School no 621), a distinguished alumnus of the school .The school’s dedication to offering environment that supports overall growth of its female students is strengthend by the establishment of the new hostel.

Sainik School Chittorgarh hosted 43 girls from Harish Anjana Govt Girls Ser Sec School Pratapgarh. Engrossed in the lively ambiance, pupils investigated the rich legacy and philosophy of Sainik School Chittorgarh. These kinds of experiences are essential for holistic growth.

A stimulating presentation on emotional intelligence brought students and faculty to the SM Auditorium with flurry of intellectual activity.The session, which was expertly and enthusiastically hosted, sought to explore the depths of understanding and successfully harness emotions.

The cadets of class VI went on an educational industrial tour to Saras Dairy on 18 Mar and learnt about the procedure of food processing of paneer, white cream, curd, etc under ambient temperature and strict quality control. #sarasdairy

As part of Chandrayaan-3 success celebration a story telling competition was conducted. Cadets narrated the stories about the corelation of Chandamama and earth with our lives.

Centralised Annual Examination for cadets of Classes IX and XI started today. This methodical evaluation not only measures individual performance but also promotes a competitive yet encouraging learning atmosphere.

The annual examinations for class VI to VIII for academic session 2023-24 commenced today, a significant phase in the academic journey of the cadets and  paving the way for their continued growth and development.

On National Science Day it’s significance  was eloquently expounded in a speech emphasizing the pivotal role of scientific advancements and highlighting the work of Shri CV Raman. The celebration paid homage to a luminary and inspired a deep appreciation for science among the cadets.

Every fourth Tuesday, Sainik School Chittorgarh organises the revered Mandir Parade, which is characterised by the rhythmic chanting of holy mantras. Students’ sense of discipline and unity is fostered by this solemn occasion, which benefits their overall development.

In a heartwarming prelude to their board exams, the resilient cadets at Sainik School Chittorgarh were enveloped in a tapestry of blessings and motivation. The cadets, thus blessed and motivated, embarked on their academic journey with renewed vigour and determination.

A study group of NCERT led by Prof BP Bhardwaj visited the school from 19 to 21 Feb and interacted with all stakeholders including cadets, teachers, parents and alumni of the school.

Intellectual prowess took centre stage in the close contested inter-house quiz competition. Luv House’s remarkable knowledge and fast thinking allowed them to emerge victorious with Kush House as runners up.

Goddess Saraswati Puja was performed by the students during the morning assembly as part of the colourful Basant Panchami celebration to seek divine blessings of the Goddess of Knowledge.#BasantPanchami

Inter-House English Declamation competition was held on 9 Feb showcasing the cadets’ eloquence and articulation skills.Pratap, Padmini and Ashoka 1 houses were winners in Senior, Junior and Sub Junior category.

Cadets from Padmini House celebrated the beauty of nature by going on an exciting picnic to the Hoda Hanuman temple. The girl cadets made lifelong memories as they trekked through the breathtaking scenery despite the challenging terrain.
