The closing ceremony of All India IPSC Girls U-14 Football Tournament 2026–27 was graced by Dr. Manju,District Collector and District Magistrate Chittorgarh as the Chief Guest. Sainik School Chittorgarh clinched the championship, while MNSS Rai emerged as runner-up.

In a splendid display of vigor and valour, the IH Obstacle Competition 2026–27 at SSC unfolded with electrifying spirit. Cadets, embodying resilience and camaraderie, conquered each obstacle with unwavering determination. Hamir House was crowned as the Champion house.

The girls U-17 football team bought laurels to the school by securing a Championship title with their stellar performance in the AISSNG Group C football championship held at Sainik School Rewa from 23 to 30 Apr 26. Cdt Akshita was declared the best player.

With sporting spirit soaring high, the AISSNG Group C Hockey Tournament 2026–27 witnessed remarkable talent and determination. SSC emerged champions in both U-15 and U-17 categories. SS Mainpuri and SS Amethi stood as runners-up in the U-15 and U-17 categories respectively.

The atmosphere glowed with energy as Sangaites hosted their House Social. Their performances showcased not just talent but deep camaraderie. Amid the celebration, cadets engaged in a meaningful interaction with the Principal, where ideas were encouraged and aspirations guided.

The Padmini House Social held on 22 Apr was a memorable and engaging evening where cadets had the valuable opportunity to interact with the Principal. The event not only strengthened the bond but also made the evening truly enriching and enjoyable.

The Investiture Ceremony for the AY 2026–27 was conducted with great grandeur and dignity. On this auspicious occasion, the newly appointed School Vice Captains and House Vice Captains took pledge to discharge their duties with honor, integrity, and unwavering dedication.

The IH Basketball Championship 2026–27 was held with great excitement and sportsmanship. Luv House emerged as the Overall Champions with stellar performance in both Sr and Jr category whereas Badal house stood as runner-up.

Marking a successful debut at the inaugural 2026 Rajasthan Pre-State Shooting Championship, five cadets including one girl cadet have qualified for the State Championship in the Youth Air Rifle category, bringing great pride to the Chittorian fraternity.

Air Cmde SK Anand, DDG NCC, Rajasthan visited the school and inspired the cadets with his powerful words emphasising discipline, leadership, and dedication towards the nation. Sharing his experiences, he motivated the cadets to pursue excellence and serve with pride.

The 92nd Local Board of Administration (LBA) meeting was conducted on 24 Mar under the Chairmanship of Maj Gen Rohit Mehrotra, VSM ,GoC 61 Sub Area. Various agenda points pertaining to Education, Training and Administration were discussed.

The school bid a warm and heartfelt farewell to Ms Leena Sharma, TGT (Computer Science). She has been a sincere and dedicated teacher, her valuable contribution to the school will always be remembered. We wish her good health, happiness, and success in all her future endeavours.

Cadets of class IX visited the Military Music Wing at AEC Training College & Centre, Pachmarhi, gaining a rich and inspiring experience. They witnessed an impressive Joint Services Military Band display, showcasing discipline and musical excellence.

Cadets of Classes VI and VII embarked on an educational trip to the Saras Dairy Plant. The trip offered a practical insight into the processing and production of dairy products. The visit enhanced their understanding of the dairy industry, leaving them inspired and informed.

The 77th Republic Day was celebrated at SSC with great fervor and patriotic spirit. The campus echoed with national pride as everyone participated enthusiastically in the celebrations. Appreciation awards were conferred upon the staff members in recognition of their service.

The house picnic of Padmini House to Keljhar Mahadev proved to be a refreshing and memorable experience for all. The cadets undertook a trekking activity through winding forest paths, which not only tested their endurance but also instilled a spirit of teamwork and adventure.

The National Science Olympiad was successfully conducted on 11 Dec 25, witnessing enthusiastic participation from cadets. The event served as an excellent platform to promote scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among young learners.

The IH Debate Competition (Sr Cat) witnessed a spirited display of intellect, confidence, and persuasive eloquence. With an outstanding overall performance, Hamir House became the Champion of the IH English Debate Competition 2025–26, adding another feather to its cap.

The young orators of SSC showcased remarkable confidence and clarity in the IH Debate Competition ,Jr Cat. Speaking on the thought-provoking topic “Peer pressure is good for the personal growth of students,” the cadets presented compelling arguments with conviction.

Padmini House radiated grace and exuberance as it hosted its Social Evening, transforming the house into a vibrant realm of culture and creativity. The evening stood as a testament to teamwork, talent, and the indomitable spirit of Padmini House.

The campus brimmed with colour and creativity as SSC hosted the IH Cultural Competition. The cadets showcased their talent through vibrant performances in music, dance, and drama. With remarkable artistic flair, Padmini House emerged victorious with Jaimal house as runner-up.

Navy Day was celebrated at SSC, paying homage to the indomitable valour and unwavering devotion of the Indian Navy. The occasion echoed with reflections on maritime glory, reminding all of the Indian Navy’s timeless legacy of discipline, resilience, and service to the nation.

Ten cadets attended the Microlight Flying Camp at 7 Raj Air Sqn NCC. The session began with a briefing, then they experienced the exhilaration of microlight flying, guided with expertise and care, gaining rare first-hand insights into aerial manoeuvring.

A Legal Awareness Programme was organised at SSC by the District and Sessions Court team. The event was graced by the presence of Shri Sunil K Goyal, Additional District Judge as Chief Guest. The interactive session enlightened the cadets on fundamental rights and civic duties

“When you empower a woman, you ignite the progress of a nation.” A Symposium on “The Role of Women in Shaping Modern India” was conducted, wherein cadets of Class XII delivered a well researched presentation highlighting the powerful role women play as architects of modern India.

The Symposium for the second batch of class XII on “The Future of Warfare: From Drones to Artificial Intelligence” was organized on 20 Nov. The session brimmed with analytical depth, spirited exchanges and futuristic vision, culminating with the inspiring remarks of Principal.

The house social of Kush House unfolded as a splendid tapestry of harmony and talent. Every Kushian came together, weaving moments of joy and pride that lit up the entire house. The gathering was further graced by a thoughtful and inspiring interaction with Principal.

Luv House showcased an inspiring blend of grace, confidence and togetherness at their House Social. The cadets’ performances reflected true Luvians’ spirit – living the motto ‘Humble & Gallant’ with pride. An interactive session with the Principal added meaning to the evening.

SSC celebrated Air Force Day with patriotic fervour, honouring the brave air warriors who guard the skies. The event reflected the “Wings of Steel, Hearts of Courage” that define the Indian Air Force – a symbol of valour, precision, and pride.

Heartiest congratulations to the Chittorians for their stellar performance in the NDA written examination. A total of 42 cadets cleared the NDA II written examination, with 20 cadets of 2026 batch, 17 cadets of 2025 batch, and 5 cadets of 2024 batch.

Prayer is the voice of the soul. Jaimal House cadets conducted the Monthly Mandir Parade with deep devotion. The spiritual atmosphere inspired faith, unity, and inner strength.

A special assembly was held to bid farewell to Mr DK Sharma, TGT Maths, on his superannuation after 31 years of dedicated service. The program featured cherished memories and heartfelt speeches, leaving behind treasured memories of his remarkable service and lasting legacy.

A group of 106 cadets of class IX and staff of SSC are attending a seven-day adventure camp at National Adventure Institute , Pachmarhi, MP. The institute offers activities like trekking, rock climbing, and rappelling to promote leadership and resilience among youth.

On the second day of the IPSC U 14 Volleyball Championship, Mann School showcased their supremacy over BRCM, while SS Chittorgarh outplayed Emerald Heights. As the evening unfolded, BRCM secured win over Emerald Heights while SS Chittorgarh clinched triumph over SS Mainpuri.

A lecture on POCSO act was conducted at SM Auditorium to raise awareness among all cadets and emphasise the importance of safeguarding children, including vigilance in preventing and reporting any instance of child sexual abuse.

An exhibition was held at the Astronomy club to showcase the remarkable achievements of ISRO & CHANDRAYAAN mission. The exhibition aimed to educate cadets about India’s contribution to space exploration and inspire the next generation.

Cadets from Class IX and X engaged in an exhilarating verbal battle at the “Race for Space” English Debate Competition. The event, held at the General Dalbir Singh Suhag NDA hall, was part of a series of activities commemorating the successful launch of Chandrayaan-3.

An inter-house Hindi essay writing competition on the topic of “Shiv Shakti”, which was the landing site of Chandrayaan3,was held for cadets of class VII and VIII.The program not only instilled linguistic skills but also encouraged the spirit of Chandrayaan3 success celebrations.

Cadets of Class X went on an educational tour to Nasirabad military station. They gained firsthand experience of the armed forces’ operational prowess. By bridging the gap between cadets’ dreams and reality, the school’s endeavours are vital in cultivating their aim for NDA.

Cadets and staff participated in weekly yoga session which promotes both physical and mental health. Practicing yoga encourages cadets to be disciplined, focused, and stress-free, all of which are necessary attributes for future challenges.

Brigadier Harshvardhan Singh (Retd), a former IO and OBA, gave a riveting motivational talk cum  orientation speech on how to start preparing for SSB. He gave the cadets priceless advice and insights based on his extensive experience, giving cadets inspiration for a purpose.

Cadets of class IX from Rajasthan and Bihar delivered speeches about the Indian Space Programme in their native languages as part of the celebration of India’s diversity. They succinctly highlighted the country’s space accomplishments and their significance for advancement.

The Indian space programme was the focus of Hindi declamation competition, which hailed the accomplishments of Chandrayaan-3. Speeches celebrating India’s space accomplishments were impassioned, with speakers praising recent historical moments like Chandrayaan and Mars mission.

Cadets of class VII recently visited the Chanderia Lead and Zinc Smelter, a division of Hindustan Zinc Ltd,the nation’s second-largest smelter and is also the world’s second largest single location integrated Zinc smelting complex with Zinc production capacity of 558,000 tonne.

Farewell for class 12th (2017–2024 batch) was graced by Shri Bharat Bhusan Vyas, a beloved alumni & former Chief Secretary of Jammu Kashmir. As cadets said goodbye to their beloved institution, emotions ran high as they were woven through an artwork of priceless memories.  

Swimming pool (rennovated) was inaugurated by Shri BB Vyas , a distinguished alumni of the school.The inaugural splash echoed through the air, a new era of aquatic pursuits, camaraderie and nurture well-rounded individuals for the challenges of tomorrow.

New girls hostel “Padmini” was inaugurated by Shri B B Vyas (School no 621), a distinguished alumnus of the school .The school’s dedication to offering environment that supports overall growth of its female students is strengthend by the establishment of the new hostel.

The cadets of class VI went on an educational industrial tour to Saras Dairy on 18 Mar and learnt about the procedure of food processing of paneer, white cream, curd, etc under ambient temperature and strict quality control. #sarasdairy

Cadets from Padmini House celebrated the beauty of nature by going on an exciting picnic to the Hoda Hanuman temple. The girl cadets made lifelong memories as they trekked through the breathtaking scenery despite the challenging terrain.
