BADAL HOUSE
HOUSE REPORT AND ACHIEVEMENTS (SESSION 2023-24)
Amidst the countless trials that shape character and forge resilience, Badal House stood steadfast as a beacon of endurance, discipline and sacrifice during the Academic Session 2025-26. Guided by its inspiring motto, “Fortitude and Sacrifice,” the House nurtured cadets who transformed perseverance into achievement and challenges into opportunities for growth. Throughout the session, the cadets of Badal House reflected remarkable courage, unity and determination across academics, literary pursuits, sports and co-curricular activities, thereby upholding the glorious legacy of the house with pride and dignity.
Academic excellence reached significant heights as Cadet Mayank Vishwakarma (5901) and Cadet Vishal (5919) successfully cleared the prestigious UPSC-NDA (II) 2025 Written Examination, bringing immense honour to the house. The academic performance of the house remained commendable with a large number of cadets securing above 60% marks in the annual examinations. Cadet Bijender Singh (6226) brought further glory by securing the Third Position overall in Class IX with an outstanding score of 92.80%. Literary brilliance illuminated the house through remarkable performances in declamation, debate, essay writing and poetry competitions. Cadet Harsh Raj Singh Jhala (6319) secured the second position in the Inter-House English Declamation Competition and also secured the first position in the Independence Day Speech Competition. Cadet Bijender Singh (6226) earned the first position in the Hindi Debate Competition, while Cadet Rahul Lamba (6235) secured the second position in the Inter-School Essay Writing Competition on Road Safety. Cadet Dhairya (6535) and Cadet Balbir Singh Rana (6429) further enhanced the house’s literary glory through commendable performances in English and Hindi Poem Recitation Competitions.
The sporting arena witnessed extraordinary achievements by the cadets of Badal House. Cadet Chetan Parashar (6322) and Cadet Pushpraj (6331) secured gold medals in Hockey at the IPSC level. In athletics, Cadet Surjeet Choudhary (6563) secured gold in the 800 meters while Cadet Manjeet Singh (6144) earned silver medals in athletics and zonal competitions. Cadet Bhavesh (6306) secured a silver medal in Boxing and achieved second position in the Johar Mela Archery Competition. The house also displayed commendable performances in aquatics and cross country championships.
The House Social and House Picnic strengthened the bonds of camaraderie and fellowship among cadets while the Mandir Parade nurtured discipline, devotion and moral values. Through unwavering resilience and collective effort, Badal House continued to uphold its legacy of courage and sacrifice with honour and excellence.
