School library
The school library provides a welcoming learning environment to the Cadets and the staff, supports school’s aims and curriculum and encourages love for reading and the development of students’ independent learning skills. It is an integral part of the school community that plays a key role in the cultural and social life of the school. It provides information and ideas that are fundamental to function successfully in today’s information and knowledge-based society. In a digital world, it is needed more than ever.
The school library has a collection of over more than 18000 books on various topics, subjects, the latest fiction, classics and encyclopedias and 30 periodicals. The library also has educational and general multimedia and is well equipped with ten latest multimedia computers with Internet access and eight Kindles to inculcate reading habits among cadets.
